ItsCoastal has just announced their newest initiative, the Happiness and Connect campaign. This is ItsCoastal’s way of celebrating their mission on a daily basis. At their core, ItsCoastal’s focus is on building costumer relationships. They strive to incorporate the traditional family ideology into their work because they believe that leads to a happier costumer and overall happier business.

Although much has been said about social networks detracting from the healthy social development of people, members at ItsCoastal believe that social media make happiness contagious. The idea around social media is the fleeting manor of communication, a sort of temporary happiness if you will. A 2010 study conducted through the continuing Harvard Happiness Project suggests that your source of Happiness comes from three main ideas: choosing to be happy with whatever you do, strengthening your closest relationships and taking care of yourself physically, financially and emotionally. With these three ideas in mind, ItsCoastal has set out to change the stereotype about social media and happiness. While striving to create an app to rent and buy homes, the people at ItsCoastal want to focus primarily on building the strength of your relationships with family, friends and spouses.

In their promotional video, the company talks, of course, about happiness and focuses on a family by the coast. ItsCoastal believes that families deserve to create more memories together and that the best place to do it is by the sea. The app will allow families to rent or buy homes along the coast. The goal is to help them create lasting memories that last a lifetime.
